Our garage door had a buckled panel and wouldn’t close; the NJ Dependable Doors crew arrived about an hour or so after I called them, checked the door and managed to get it closed and secure for the night. After explaining the problem and the options we elected to have a completely new door installed. That was scheduled for the next afternoon. The NJDD installation crew arrived on schedule, removed the old door and associated hardware, installed the new door (and all new hardware, rails, and springs) and loaded up the old bits and pieces into their truck for recycling. The crew was respectful and professional. There was one minor mishap – a bulb covering the drive motor lamp was accidentally knocked down and broke on impact with the garage floor. However, the cover had been previously cracked and we told the NJDD crew not to worry about it. The crew swept up after the job was complete (I found one single nail in the garage after the crew left – it was lodged in a seam in the concrete floor). All of the swept-up debris was placed in our trash receptacle and the lid secured. The new door has garnered kind comments from the neighbors and is working quite well. Obviously, it’s too early to comment on long term performance of the door. It’s always good to get three quotes on any home improvement job; the NJDD price was comparable to other prices we researched. Based on the service we received I’d recommend the NJ Dependable
